1. Tomatoes

·         Lycopene, found in tomatoes, reduces cholesterol, and risk of heart disease, colorectal cancer and prostate cancer.

 

2. Blueberries (neel badri)

·         Blueberries are another fruit that reduces risk of prostate cancer, due to their high levels of proanthocyanidins.
·         Blueberries are also effective in reducing risk of heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes and age-related memory loss.

 

3. Brazil nuts (trikon phal)

·         Brazil nuts are packed with selenium, a powerful antioxidant, which can boost sperm health and motility.
