·         The best way to become a better, more positive person is to inculcate habits that help to develop a positive mindset. 

1. Stop Being Judgmental About Others
·         Becoming less judgmental about others will make you happier throughout the day and reduce the negativity around you.
·         It is best to believe that everyone is responsible for their own actions, and leave the consequences to their own destiny.
·         Don’t bother about others and don’t let their presence irritate you.

2. Always Pamper Yourself, if Possible do it Everyday
·         Avoid binging on weekends after working hard during the week.
·         It is better to reward yourself on a daily basis.
·         If you have been able to cut down on your sugar intake for the past three days, treat yourself with a cookie as a reward.

·         These hormones help to neutralize the action of anxiety and stress-related hormones, helping to keep you in a better frame of mind.

4. Embrace Change as Progression
·         You can be a more positive person if you accept that changes will always be there and you might as well accept them.
·         Most people find it difficult to change their thought, habits or routines as they fear even small things that are different from the usual.
·         Once you develop a higher degree of tolerance for changes, most unpleasant moments in life would sting a lot less.

5. Meditate when stressed and be happy
·         People who use meditation for short-term stress relief will become irregular and forego it later.
·         A smarter approach to becoming a more positive person is look upon meditation as an essential part of your day, like a daily bath.
