1. The irony of our lifestyle is that when we do not feel hungry, we are eating so that we do not feel hungry later, and when we feel hungry, we are working hard so that we do not lag behind in work.
2. It is like playing with our health, and the result is obesity, high blood pressure, high blood sugar and excessive cholesterol.
3. Generally we believe that one should eat full meals in the morning, afternoon and night, i.e. three times, but such a diet negatively affects our health.
4. We should keep consuming some fruits and other light foods at short intervals in between these diets, because by doing this we feel less hungry and there is no need to eat heavy meals.
5. As a result, there is no problem of obesity, the body does not seem lazy and inactive during work, and our energy is also saved.
6. In such in-between diets, we need to be careful while choosing food items, and give priority to fruits, sprouted lentils, raw vegetables, bananas, salads etc. instead of oily and fatty things.
