- Note your anger patterns to help you keep track and gradually overcome them.
- Control your thoughts and actions when feeling upset or angry.
- You can't hurt people physically and emotionally just because you are annoyed.
- Master the art of ignoring anything or anyone that can trigger anger in you with a smile.
- Nothing can affect you till you let it affect you.
- Understand that nothing is more important than peace of mind.
- Practice forgiveness: remember, nothing annoys your foes more than forgiveness.
- Meditate regularly, even if is a minute or two, as it helps uproot anger within.
3. Constructive anger
- Its positive energy can help you stay firm and determined in handling different tasks.
- Use it positively to boost your career, to have better relationships and a better life.
- Instead of showing aggression, be assertive in your reactions.
- When you channelise this energy, your constructive achievements can be unlimited.
