BREAKING BAD BEHAVIOUR PATTERNS

·         Often, things which we do unthinkingly form a pattern in our lives, which can drain our energy.
·         These unwanted habits develop from our environment unconsciously as we grow.
·         These patterns then become difficult to shake off, although they may be harmful to us.
·         Consciously giving them up helps us to lead a meaningful life with plenty of quality time in hand.

1. Pattern of hurry
·         Doing things in a hurry all the time results in fast and shallow breathing which causes low energy levels in the body.
·         Slow down your pace of work, practice deep breathing daily, and try to relax.

2. Pattern of repetition
·         Some of us love to repeat ourselves, whether in words or actions.
·         Repetitions cause stagnant energy in the body, and we feel low.
·         As this pattern indicates boredom, try to be creative consciously and flow with life.

3. Pattern of complaining
·         Constant complaining sinks the energy in the body, causing lack of focus.
·         Try and find meaning to your complaining actions and this pattern will disappear.

4. Pattern of worry
·         This pattern is often inherited unknowingly while growing up in an atmosphere of worry and anxiety.
·         It also happens if we try to control everything and everyone around us.
·         Also, people who seek perfection tend to worry a lot more.
·         Reduce your control, and consciously decide to go easy in life.
