Excercise - 1
1. Stand with feet apart.
2. Bend both knees forward and inward towards each other.
3. Bring them as near together as possible.
4. Straighten yourself and relax.
5. Repeat it 6 times.
Excercise - 2
1. Stand with left foot ahead of right foot by 18 inches.
2. Bend both knees forward.
3. Press right knee towards ground as much as possible.
4. Press right knee down 6 times.
5. Change position of legs, and press left knee down 6 times.
Exercise - 3
1. Stand with feet apart and hands at sides.
2. Close fists and bend arms at elbows.
3. Slowly bring fists forward and upward towards shoulders.
4. Bend arms as much as possible, at elbows and wrists.
5. Slowly turn hands in a half circle, away from shoulders.
6. Drop your arms to your sides and relax.
7. Repeat it 6 times.
